- Orders are manually processed and quality controlled.
- Please allow up to one week for delivery. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the package is on your way.
- Please be aware that once your shipment has been processed and dispatched, it could take a few hours before your number will be trackable with our shipping partner.
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
- Once your have received your order, you have 15 days to make a return.
- We will give you a refund by the same method you used to pay.
- Customer is responsible for the return costs.
- The original labels must be included and the item need to be in perfect conditions.
- Please email email@example.com with your order number and return tracking number when available.
- We cannot take responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
- We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
- If you want to make an exchange for another size, you will need to make a return and place a new order, we will contact you for the next steps.
