  • We will give you a refund by the same method you used to pay.

  • The original labels must be included and the item need to be in perfect conditions.
  • Please email with your order number and return tracking number when available.
  • We cannot take responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
  • We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
